“Always Love” by Nada Surf from “The Weight is a Gift”

As ridiculous as it sounds, thanks to One Tree Hill, I found this song and this band. Whenever I’m upset, frustrated, confused, lost, angry, happy… whatever the feeling, whatever the day, this is the album I always turn to. 

The message in this song, as well as the rest of the album, is to find love and share love. Instead of sitting around being pissed off at everyone and everything all the time, you should find it in your heart to let love in. It doesn’t have to be romantic love or anything like that, but something like compassion, maybe. 

Listen to this song, listen to the words, get the album and realize there’s more to life than just you and your pretty (or ugly) little world. Grow up, people. There’s so much more out there than your petty feelings.
